Everything for Allah

قُلۡ اِنَّ صَلَاتِىۡ وَنُسُكِىۡ وَ مَحۡيَاىَ وَمَمَاتِىۡ لِلّٰهِ رَبِّ الۡعٰلَمِيۡنَۙ

"Surely my prayer, my worship, my life, and my death are all for Allah—Lord of all worlds."

To live for Allah, and Allah alone, is our purpose . The believer who lives for Allah is unaffected by outside circumstances. Nothing can rattle the inner peace and calmness that comes from a strong connection to God. Although it may seem almost unattainable, this type of tranquility comes slowly through constant practice and reminders.

This ayah was cut from walnut plywood and placed on a solid, live edge plank of elm. Because of the live edge this piece cannot be replicated.
